We provide

Laser cutting on a CNC machine is high-precision cutting of fairly thick metal, as well as all kinds of perforation of sheet metal, covering such needs as: cutting figures, ornaments, perforation for a sieve (screen) and much more related to cutting sheet, black and stainless metal, as well as other types of metal, such as brass, aluminum, etc.

There is a lot of different equipment on the market that can perform metal cutting tasks. Our company uses the latest metalworking equipment, namely metal cutting on a fiber-optic laser machine with computer control, which allows for the most accurate cutting of metal and almost completely eliminates the human factor when performing an operation. But it should be noted that the Machine Operator must have certain skills and it would be nice to have some understanding of what kind of machine it is and how to work on it. In our company M-LASER, there are experienced operators who select the parameters for laser cutting of metal as accurately as possible.

Prices for laser cutting of metal:

  • Prices for cutting metal start from 150 tenge per linear meter
  • Cutting of ferrous metal for large volumes can be lower than 150 tenge per linear meter
  • Cutting of stainless steel is slightly higher, since the cutting technology is slightly different
  • Cutting of non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, aluminum is slightly higher than the base prices
  • Ferrous metal (steel) from 150 tenge thickness from 0.5 mm to 20 mm
  • Galvanized metal (galvanized) from 150 tenge thickness from 0.5 mm to 10 mm
  • Stainless steel (stainless steel) from 250 tenge thickness from 0.5 mm to 6 mm
  • Aluminum from 250 tenge thickness from 0.5 mm to 5 mm
  • Copper from 250 tenge thickness from 0.5 mm to 5 mm
  • Brass from 250 tenge thickness from 0.5 mm to 5 mm

The cost of cutting depends on the number of linear meters of sheet metal cutting and the thickness of the metal.
