The PCM1200 is an industrial installation for additive manufacturing of sand molds and cores, operating on the patented PCM (Patternless Casting Manufacturing) technology. This technology develops the principles of Binder Jetting and allows you to create casting molds without using models, significantly reducing production times and costs.

The PCM1200 installation is designed to manufacture molds and cores used in casting complex metal products from cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and alloys, widely used in mechanical engineering, aircraft manufacturing, power equipment production and R & D. The main capabilities of the installation include high printing speed — up to 20 seconds per layer, a large construction area of 1200 × 1000 × 600 mm, resolution up to 720 dpi, print accuracy up to ±0.3 mm, compliance with casting accuracy class 7 according to GOST and the ability to form internal channels with a diameter of 2.5 mm.

Flexibility and speed

The entire production cycle is 3–5 times faster than traditional technologies. It is possible to promptly adjust the product design without additional tooling.

Process automation

The complex is fully automated: from preparing the sand mixture to forming the finished form.

Scalability and continuity

It is possible to install one or two bins — with two bins, almost continuous printing is ensured: one is working, the second is unloading. Sand without a binder can be reused.

Intelligent software

TOP 3DP software allows you to load CAD models, cut them into layers and control the printing process. The system supports from 1 to 12 print heads, which provides flexible performance management.
